2020 Fundraising Walks Are Going Virtual!

Why Do You Walk bubbles.jpeg

Fundraise, walk and unite with the scleroderma community in our shared goal - finding a cure for scleroderma. Our Stepping Out to Cure Scleroderma walks are going virtual! All walks in IL, WI and IN are now taking place virtually on August 22, 2020.

Every summer our scleroderma community comes together to raise critical funds through our Stepping Out to Cure Scleroderma walks. This year we maintain that commitment, with a slight change. To minimize the spread of COVID-19 and protect our scleroderma community, we have decided to transition all in-person walks planned for this year to an online experience.

We hope you will join us as a “virtual walker” on August 22. Whether walking in the park, down the street or on a treadmill, we can still show our support for scleroderma patients and have fun doing it! People living with scleroderma count on the Scleroderma Foundation to continue providing the support and education they need to cope with this life-threatening disease. They need the Foundation to continue funding innovative research to discover the cause and overcome scleroderma forever.

We need your help to continue this important work and find a cure. Join us! Although we won’t be together in person, we look forward to “walking” with you virtually this summer and working toward a cure! Thank you for all that you do!
