We invite you to participate in our Bi-Annual State Conference on October 12-14, 2018. The conference will be held at Embassy Suites, 2700 Corporate Exchange Dr., Columbus, Ohio. We expect approximately 120 patients and medical professionals.

Activities for the 12th at 6:30 - 9:00 p.m. are a cocktail hour mixer and registration. Saturday the 13th includes programming including the above mentioned speakers from 8:45 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be included. The price is $31. Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be served to participants on Saturday. A full breakfast is complementary for hotel guests. A continental breakfast will be served before the meeting and at the first break for those not staying Friday night. Saturday night from 7-10:30 p.m. is our 2nd Annual Ugly Dress Gala. This event is a separate fee, but is discounted for conference attendees. You can sign up for the conference, gala or both on this website.

Purchase a gala tribute book ad in honor of or in memory of a scleroderma patient or loved one! Or place an ad to congratulate one of the award honorees - Dr. Kahaleh or Brenda Hoffman! These warmhearted announcements will appear in our first-ever Ohio Gala Tribute Books to be given out to everyone that attends the gala. The cost is $50 per ad." You do not have to attend the gala in order to purchase a tribute book ad. If you purchase an ad and do not attend the gala, a gala tribute book will be mailed to you at no charge.
