2018 Stepping Out - Denver (Colorado Chapter)

Team MR

I'm participating for the 14th straight year at the annual “Stepping Out to Cure Scleroderma” Walk at Centennial Center Park on June 16 and want yo to join me!

I became involved with the Scleroderma Foundation more than 18 years ago to learn more about the disease and support the cause because my mother had scleroderma. She passed away in 2007 after fighting the disease for more than 20 years. It was very difficult to watch the disease progress in her. She went from a healthy mother with 3 daughters to suffering from pain, fatigue, stiffness, loss of mobility until eventually scleroderma attacked her lungs and even having the strength to get out of bed and get dressed each day became a struggle. Now I'm walking for the many others I have gotten to know with scleroderma who suffer from this debilitating disease.

Please walk with me this year for the Scleroderma Foundation's 20th anniversary. Or please help me reach my fundraising goal of $2,000!

Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.

If you would like to find out more about scleroderma and the Foundation, please visit www.scleroderma.org.

Many thanks for your support!
