When: June 11, 2017

Where: Nelson Beach, Plymouth, Massachusetts

Dear Family and Friends,

June is Scleroderma Awareness Month and I am happy to be a part of the host committee for the Ninth Annual Plymouth Walk, Talk and Rock to Cure Scleroderma. This year’s walk is on Sunday, June 11 at Nelson Beach. The walk starts at 10 am and registration starts at 8:30 am.

As many of you know now, my mother has had Scleroderma for more than 20 years. Every day with her is a blessing and I am proud of her courage and positive attitude while living with this autoimmune disease. She is an inspiration to us all.

Scleroderma is a chronic connective tissue disease and is generally classified as an autoimmune rheumatic diseases. It comes from the Greek words that mean, hard and skin. We still do not know what causes Scleroderma but with your support we can continue to research to find out the cause and find a cure.

Of course Team Medlin is always looking for walkers and donors but we are also looking for creative baskets and other items that can be used in our raffle.

THANK YOU,

JOHNNY MEDLIN

Thank you Team Medlin for all that you do and for being our top fundraiser at $2,960! We could not put on this event without all your help and dedication. Go Team Medlin!
