Thank you for participating in the Eighth Annual Plymouth Walk, Talk and Rock to Cure Scleroderma! The Walk was a great opportunity to connect with old friends, meet new friends and walk in honor or memory of loved ones affected by scleroderma.
We strive to use this opportunity to raise money for research to find the cause and cure of scleroderma. It helps Scleroderma Foundation New England provide the necessary resources and educational forums for our constituents and their families.
This year's Walk has raised $22,023.00 so far, with further donations still coming in! We had 195 walkers. Our top fundraising teams were Team Medlin at $5,810 and Team Landers at $2,939. Fans of Jan were a close third at $2,490 with Kimme's Crew right behind at $2,035. We are thrilled with the amazing support this year, and thank coordinator Andrew Boteiri and Johnny Medlin along with Courtney Medlin, Tracy Cavallo, Sue Norton, Matt Dube, Phil Van Neste, members of the Medlin and Cavallo teams, and everyone who walked (in the rain!), donated, volunteered and provided goods. You are the stars that make this event sing! Check out our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/sfnewengland for photos of the day.
Be a part of SFNE’s fundraising events. Because of generous donors, volunteers and participants – just like you – we are able to get one step closer to finding a cure for scleroderma.
