We are pleased to announce a new Research and Treatment Center at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. The CTD-ILD and Scleroderma Clinic has been added to our growing list of designated centers.
To be designated as a Scleroderma Center on our website, institutions must:
Demonstrate expertise in the care of patients with scleroderma
Conduct scleroderma research (clinical and or observational and/or laboratory-based)
Conduct educational activities about scleroderma, and provide
information about the advances in the care and treatment of patients
with scleroderma to health care professionals and the public.
All institutions designated as a center have been reviewed by the Scleroderma Foundation's Medical and Scientific Advisory Board to ensure patients are provided with knowledgeable resources about diagnosis, care and research.
Did you know up to 12 percent of scleroderma patients also have pulmonary hypertension? Learn more information about this and more from medical professionals and have the opportunity to network with other
patients and caregivers at PHA on the Road.
PHA on the Road is a FREE all-day program taking place in St. Paul, Minn; Providence, R.I; Portland, Ore. and Pittsburgh, Penn. Be sure to register today!
