13th Annual "Key to a Cure" Gala Hosted by the Southern California Chapter: Another Success!

The Southern California Chapter hosted its 13th Annual "Key to a Cure" fundraiser in Manhattan Beach, California, this past weekend on November 7. The evening event included a silent auction and elegant dinner along with entertainment and dancing from the Wayne Foster Entertainment. California Congresswoman Linda T. Sanchez was presented with the "Key to a Cure" award for her exceptional contributions to the mission of Scleroderma Foundation. Other awards were also presented to actress and advocate Kellie Martin, Joe and Arline Wetter, John A. Belperio, M.D., of UCLA, and Holly Hauser, M.D., of Scripps.

Brian Ross Adams, Executive Director of the Sothern California Chapter, said the event was yet another great success. “We are so honored that our supporters come back year after year to raise funds for the chapter, increase awareness of scleroderma and, of course, have a great time.” The chapter’s annual gala has been popular event year after year, generating a great deal of awareness and funds for the Foundation.
