Bobby Hamilton Finishes the Food City 250 in a Solid 18th Position

Paula Deen brought her trademark charm and Southern manner that made her a superstar chef on Food Network and owner of a booming restaurant she runs with her sons at their home in Savannah, Ga. Deen came to the Bristol Motor Speedway on Friday to serve as the grand marshal for the Food City 250 Nationwide Series race and deliver the command to start engines. She and her family were also guests of Team Rensi Motorsports (see photos).

Bobby Hamilton, Jr. and Team Rensi had a great run in the Paula Deen/John Morrell/Scleroderma No. 25 Ford in Friday night's Food City 250. He qualified his Ford 33rd for the Bristol event and ran a solid race on the challenging short track, finishing 18th.

One slip was all eventual winner Brad Keselowski needed. After a restart on Lap 226, Keselowski pressured points leader Clint Bowyer. On Lap 227, Bowyer slipped off Turn 2, giving Keselowski the opening he needed. From that point, Keselowski kept the No. 88 JR Motorsports Chevrolet out front and beat Bowyer to the finish line by 1.025 seconds.
