"Dealing
with Depression While Coping with Scleroderma"
By Robert Phillips, Ph.D. – About
Robert Phillips, Ph.D.
In this session, you will learn why virtually everyone
living with scleroderma experiences depression from
time to time and how family members are affected as
well. More importantly, participants will learn a number
of effective strategies to help alleviate depression,
even if there is no change in their scleroderma. You’ll
leave this session with tips that you can start using
immediately … or whenever you need them …
to help yourself feel better. |
