Laughs, Love and Lucien: A Night of Comedy to Benefit
the Scleroderma Foundation
The Scleroderma Foundation is proud to announce “Laughs,
Love and Lucien: A Night of Comedy to Benefit the Scleroderma
Foundation.” The event will be held Wednesday,
May 9 at the famed Comic Strip Live (www.comicstriplive.com)
in New York City.
The inaugural fundraiser will honor the memory of the
legendary Lucien Hold, the longtime talent coordinator
at the Comic Strip who passed away from scleroderma
in 2004. Lucien helped launch the career of today’s
most celebrated comedians, including Jerry Seinfeld,
Eddie Murphy, Adam Sandler, Chris Rock, Ray Romano,
and many, many more.
Ticket Information
The comedy event will run from 8–10 p.m. Tickets
are $55, and can be purchased online through the Foundation’s
Web site www.scleroderma.org/comedy,
or via calling our toll-free number at 1-800-722-HOPE.
(Tickets are $50 if you call us).
There are plans to include a raffle as part of fundraiser,
and we will make the information available once the
prizes are finalized.

| Gary
Gulman |
The lineup for the event has yet to be finalized, although
we can confirm that comedian Gary Gulman (www.garygulman.com)
has committed to the program. Gary has appeared
on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” the
“Late Show with David Letterman,” and “Jimmy
Kimmel Live." In 2004, Gary finished third in the
NBC reality show, "Last Comic Standing." He
has also starred in a Showtime special and a Comedy
Central special. Gary has released two DVDs, and last
year toured with comedian Dane Cook.
We have hopes this event will become an annual fundraiser.
We look forward to a great night of laughs and memories,
and hope you can join us.
