Way to Go, Angelo
Tomorrow preparation meets perspiration. Angelo DiVincenzo,
the Miami man, who has been preparing for tomorrow’s
140-mile Janus Charity Challenge, will find out if his
months of training will pay off.
He certainly has done an outstanding job prior to the
race, raisng funds and awareness for the Scleroderma
Foundation. As of today, November 2, he has raised $15,000
plus. The reason: to honor his best friend since high
school, a woman name Alyson who was diagnosed with scleroderma
in 2005.
If DiVincenzo is among the top five fundraisers, Janus
will present him with an additional donation that will
benefit the Foundation.
The 140-mile endurance race consists of a 2.4-mile
swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and 26.2-mile marathon run.

We plan to publish Angelo’s race results in an
upcoming edition of the e-Letter.
