Actelion Announces New Support Program for Patients
Taking PAH Drug Tracleer
Actelion Pharmaceuticals US, Inc. is pleased to announce
the launch of Sure Steps™, a comprehensive support
program for patients enrolled in the Tracleer Access
Program (T.A.P.). The program is available only in the
U.S.
Sure Steps provides patients with personalized support
and gives them access to the assistance and educational
tools they need to help cope with pulmonary arterial
hypertension (PAH).
Sure Steps provides patients with support in four key
areas:
- Nurse counselors on the phone (providing toll-free
informational and emotional support from 8 a.m. to
11 p.m. ET.)
- In-office education materials (to enhance patient/provider
interaction)
- On-line support (24/7 access to the redesigned Tracleer
website)
- Direct mail (ongoing education and support materials)
