Right now the Foundation has a guaranteed block of
rooms at a reduced rate held for those attending the
conference. But these rooms will no longer be held after
July 7.
After July 7 room prices will be higher because they
will revert to the hotel’s standard rate schedule.
Remember, your early bird or standard conference registration
fees cover only the conference, Friday evening’s
reception, Saturday and Sunday breakfast buffets, and
Saturday night's awards dinner. Attendees are responsible
for booking their own hotel room.
