Lynn is Founder and Chairman of the Raynaud’s Association, a national non-profit healthcare organization started in 1992.  The organization’s mission is to provide sharing, support, and educational services to the millions of Raynaud’s sufferers and to increase awareness of the disease among the general public and medical communities.

Lynn is a seasoned Direct Marketing professional with 30 years of industry experience focusing on strategic planning, database management, market analysis, targeting and segmentation.

Through December 2005, Lynn was founding President, Chief Executive Officer of I-Behavior, a database marketing company serving the targeting needs of multi-channel marketers.  I-Behavior was the first to capture transactions at the SKU-level, to provide attitudinal targeting, and to apply the co-op business model to targeted Internet advertising through the launch of its aCerno division.

Previously Lynn was founding partner of the consulting firm Wunderman, Sadh & Associates.  WSA provided information-based marketing services for such clients as:  The Advertising Council, Cap One, IBM, MyPoints, Pantone, and Unilever.

From 1992 to 1998 Lynn was President and Chief Operating Officer of Marketing Information Technologies, a database firm serving Fortune 100 companies, including AOL, AT&T, Bulgari, Kraft, Lotus, Perrier, and Seagram.  The company was sold to Metromail (now Experian) in 1997.  Lynn was formerly SVP, Director of Strategic Planning and Information Management at Ogilvy & Mather Direct.

Lynn is active in the Direct Marketing Association, having served as Vice-Chair of the Marketing Council, the Operating Committee of the Computer Council, the Internet Committee of the DMA Board of Directors, Chaired the eCommerce Integrity Committee for the DMA’s Committee on Social Responsibility, and served as Vice-Chair to the List and Database Council.  Lynn is also a member of the Advisory Board of APPTERA - a Silicon Valley speech technology company, on the Advisory Board of CONVERGENT MOBILE – a mobile advertising services company, and is an Advisor and Mentor to young technology companies for the HUDSON VALLEY CENTER FOR INNOVATION.

Lynn is Co-founder of The Pie Fund providing needy families in Westchester County, NY with quality veterinary care.  Occasionally Lynn gets trade tips from her famous father-in-law, Lester.  She and her husband Marc reside in Hartsdale, NY with their dog Fergus.  Her favorite activities are Yoga, Pilates and aerobic workouts, cycling, scouting for colonial antiques, golf, and cross-country skiing.
