End of Life Care
What occurs at the end of life is different for everyone and each family has a unique need for information and services. This session will generate thought-provoking conversation about how we want to live out our final days and will provide information about care choices, as well as provide guidance on how to respond to patient and family needs. Our presenter has lost a loved one to scleroderma and is the Director of the Visiting Nurse Association of Greater Philadelphia.
