Dear HeatBands Team,

I am new to Raynaud's, (since May 2008) and have only just tried HeatBands for the first time yesterday and today. I have to tell you I was skeptical that the HeatBands would work.  However, I was running errands in and out of doors all day yesterday. Not once did my fingers turn white, blue, or purple!  I even spent extra time in the cold/freezer sections of the grocery store, where my fingers have notoriously betrayed and embarrassed me, and my fingers remained comfortably warm and pink!  I'm AMAZED!

I got my HeatBands pretty promptly - about a week. I tried them on two consecutive days when it was in the 30's outside and I was in and out of my car for appointments, shopping, and a class.  Right off the bat I had problems putting them on tightly.  They wrinkled up and got caught in the adhesive as I pulled, and once the adhesive hit there was no changing it.  They do provide a great protection for your wrists, something I'm always having problems with.  Gloves don't reach far enough up and sleeves don't stay down, especially when you're driving.   Like the many other things we use, we probably get a subtle benefit.  The price would prevent me from using them often, but it's reasonable to use them occasionally in addition to our many other Raynaud's tools!
