Bobby Hamilton, Jr. Finishes Season with a 21st Place Finish
The #25 Team Rensi Motorsports Ford Fusion finished 21st in the Ford 300 at the Miami-Homestead Speedway this past Saturday. While the team was disappointed with the result as it was the final Nationwide Series race of 2008, they took solace in the fact that Bobby did finish the season 15th in Official Driver Points, quite an accomplishment considering the number of Sprint Cup drivers who also competed in the Nationwide Series’ races in 2008.
All in all, it was a good year for Rensi and a great year for the Scleroderma Foundation, an associate sponsor of the #25 car the entire 2008 season. Next week, be sure to look for our recap of the great awareness opportunities scleroderma received throughout the entire 35-race Nationwide season that ran from February 16 through November 15. |
