Question
How does the referral process work when someone has secondary PAH as a result of scleroderma? Does the internal medicine/primary care physician follow the patient and then refer him or her to a rheumatologist/pulmonologist? Does the pulmonologist get involved as well?

Boris Said takes over as pilot of the No. 25 "No Fear Energy / Advance Auto Parts Ford Fusion" for the two NASCAR Nationwide Series international races in Mexico City (April 20) and Montreal (Aug. 2). For the race this coming Sunday, April 20, Bobby will surrender his seat for the on the road course at the Mexico 200 in Mexico City.
