Use Caution with Over-the-Counter Creams, OintmentsUse Caution with Over-the-Counter Creams, Ointments

Acne, cough due to a cold, athlete's foot, hemorrhoids, itching from insect bites, and minor aches and pains of muscles and joints—these are among the conditions that people treat by applying over-the-counter (OTC) creams and ointments to their skin. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) urges consumers to keep safety in mind when using such treatments.

Fact Sheet: Medicaid Transportation Services (Feb '08)

Title XIX of the Social Security Act and accompanying regulations require that in their state Medicaid programs, states cover health care services and fulfill administrative requirements necessary to operate the Medicaid program efficiently. Phoenix Rising

A mythical bird that never dies, the phoenix flies far ahead to the front.

Bobby Hamilton, Jr. and Team Rensi will put last week’s Texas race behind them and move on to Phoenix for the Bashas’ Supermarkets 200. The Phoenix International Raceway is one of Bobby’s favorite tracks so he will line up in the Team Rensi Motorsports/John Morrell Ford and like the phoenix, aim to surge ahead for a repeat of his 2003 win over Kevin Harvick.

The race is on ESPN2 at 9:30 p.m. Be sure to check your local listings for the time in your area.
