The Scleroderma Foundation and the Southern California Chapter are pleased to announce that the 2008 National Conference will be held July 25–27 in Manhattan Beach, Calif.

Move Over, Tigger; James Roumeliotis Bounces Into Record Books

Worcester Polytechnic Institute senior James Roumeliotis has bounced his way into the record books, or so it is believed. The 21-year-old college student from Lynnfield, Mass. last weekend reportedly broke the Guinness Book of World Records mark for most pogo stick jumps in a 24-hour period.

Encysive Pharmaceuticals to Conduct Phase III Study With Thelin (Sitaxsentan Sodium) in Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension

Encysive Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ENCY) announced on Monday that the Company will move forward with plans to conduct an additional Phase III study evaluating Thelin(tm) (sitaxsentan sodium) in patients with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH).

Richard Johns will be driving the No. 25 car in the NASCAR Busch Series Yellow Transportation 300 tomorrow at 3 p.m. The race can be seen on ESPN 2. The Foundation is an associate sponsor of the vehicle.
