Move Over, Tigger; James Roumeliotis Bounces Into Record Books

Worcester Polytechnic Institute senior James Roumeliotis has bounced his way into the record books, or so it is believed. The 21-year-old college student from Lynnfield, Mass. last weekend reportedly broke the Guinness Book of World Records mark for most pogo stick jumps in a 24-hour period.

Encysive Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ENCY) announced on Monday that the Company will move forward with plans to conduct an additional Phase III study evaluating Thelin(tm) (sitaxsentan sodium) in patients with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH).

The next issue of the "Scleroderma VOICE" has been printed, and will be arriving soon in the mailboxes of our members. "The VOICE" features Northern Indiana Support Group Leader Janine Capon and her daughter, Laura, on the cover, and includes a wrapup of the National Patient Education Conference. Richard Johns will be driving the No. 25 car in the NASCAR Busch Series Yellow Transportation 300 tomorrow at 3 p.m. The race can be seen on ESPN 2. The Foundation is an associate sponsor of the vehicle.
