In the early phases, scleroderma can be difficult to diagnose because it can be confused with other rheumatic diseases including rheumatoid arthritis (RA), systemic lupus erythematosis (SLE), polymyositis (PM), and mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD).

Epoprostenol Treatment Effective in Children With Severe Pulmonary Hypertension

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) – Results of a study published in the June issue of Heart indicate that continuous intravenous epoprostenol is "effective and feasible" in young children with severe pulmonary hypertension.
