Sildenafil Increases Walk Distance in Pulmonary Fibrosis Patients

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) – Treatment with the erectile dysfunction drug sildenafil (Viagra) may improve the walk distance in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and pulmonary hypertension, findings from a small study suggest.

Foundation racing partner David Gilliland returns to action this week in the NASCAR Busch Series O’Reilly 300. Last week, Richard Johns raced the No. 25 car, finishing 32nd.

Tomorrow’s race is at the Texas Motor Speedway. The race can be seen on ESPN 2 starting at 2:30 p.m. EST.
