Johns Hopkins Medicine Continuing Medical Education

Pulmonary Hypertension Program to be Held March 16 at Johns Hopkins for Medical Professionals

Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine will host a symposium for medical professionals Friday, March 16, titled “Emerging Concepts in Pulmonary Hypertension.” The day-long symposium will be led by the university’s faculty.

The Scleroderma Foundation Web site www.scleroderma.org unveiled today a feature designed to answer the most commonly asked questions as it pertains to scleroderma.

Good Start

There is good news to report from the desert. The first 100 by $1,000 tournament raised $5,500 on Monday, Feb. 12, according to professional golfer and scleroderma patient Bobbi Salmon. A portion of the funds raised from the tournament will benefit the Scleroderma Foundation.

David Gilliland

Foundation Race Car Partner David Gilliland Has Hot Week

David Gilliland, the racecar driver who will be behind the wheel of a vehicle co-sponsored by the Scleroderma Foundation, is coming off a hot week of racing. First of all, Gilliland on Feb. 10 finished second in the Budweiser Shootout.
