Today
is June 2—the second day of Scleroderma Awareness month.
Though the month has just started, we’ve already received
reports of awareness-related activities taking place throughout
the country.

Earlier
this week the "Scleroderma Voice" for the second
quarter of 2006 went to the mail house.
This
issue features complete information about the National Conference
at the end of July, summaries of the research grand proposals
the Foundation is funding for the 2006 funding cycle, and
other bits and pieces of news that will be of interest to
if you’ve been affected by scleroderma.

Saturday,
June 3, be sure to watch for the Scleroderma Foundation’s
logo on the car of our awareness partner—Kenny Wallace—as
he races in the Dover 200 at the Dover International Speedway
(known as the Monster Mile) in Delaware.
This
race will air on FX television and the MRN radio network.
The race will air at 3 p.m. eastern.
