Rheumatology News Reports: "Vardenafil Eased Raynaud Attacks in Pilot Study"

Vardenafil significantly decreased the duration, frequency, and severity of attacks of Raynaud's disease in an open-label pilot study, reported Dr. Evren Caglayan and associates at the University of Köln, Germany.

Generic Pilocarpine 7.5-mg Tablets (Salagen) for the Treatment of Dry Mouth

On April 5, the FDA approved a first-time generic formulation of pilocarpine HCl 7.5-mg tablets (made by IMPAX Laboratories, Inc; brand name Salagen made by MGI Pharma, Inc).

AstraZeneca Recalls Specific Lots of Pulmicort Turbuhaler

AstraZeneca has notified the FDA of the following Class III recall. A Class III recall is a situation in which use or exposure to a violative product is not likely to cause adverse health consequences.

The turbuhaler may not deliver the proper metered dose, and may instead dispense a super-potent dose.

Watch Kenny Wallace Race

On Saturday, April 15 Kenny Wallace and the ppc Racing/Autozone car take part in the Pepsi 300 at the Nashville Superspeedway in Tennessee.

It airs on FX television and the MRN radio network. The race is slated to air at 3:30 p.m. eastern.

Also a Friday race with Kenny Wallace will occur on April 21, when Wallace and the ppc Racing/Autozone car take part in the Bashas’ Supermarkets 200 at the Phoenix International Raceway in Arizona. This race airs on FX television and the MRN radio network. The green flag drops at 8:30 p.m. eastern.
