Recognition of Our Volunteers
TUESDAY VOLUNTEERS
-
Jane Pahner
Triangle (NC) Support Group
Scleroderma Foundation
“Jane’s husband lost his battle with scleroderma,
but she continues to be a leader in the Triangle (NC)
Support Group. She is hosting an annual picnic at her
home in June. Jane truly wants to help all those with
the disease and their caregivers through her experiences.”
-
Mike and Dolores Rosner
Gala and Fundraising
New York, NY
“They work hard to spread information about the
disease and raise money, plus they worked at the Gala
in New York and played Santa at a Christmas party which
resulted in many people making donations to the Foundation.
They’re now spreading the word in Florida and (hopefully)
all over the world.”
-
Jerri Sue DeTray
Toledo Area Support Group Leader, Ohio Chapter
Scleroderma Foundation
-
Kathy Lee and Shea Province
Independent Volunteers
Canadian, Texas Stepping Out to Cure Scleroderma Walk
“Kathy and Shea worked very hard on the first-ever
walk for scleroderma in Canadian. They both worked very
hard and did a great job. They helped in any way they
could and were very supportive.”
-
Laura Hughs and Amber Harper
Independent Volunteers
Canadian, Texas Stepping Out to Cure Scleroderma Walk
“Laura and Amber were such a great help with our
first-ever walk. They worked very hard to get awareness
out about this disease.”
