Support Groups provide a forum to share feelings, concerns, information, and as well as a place to offer peer support and encouragement. Solicitations or research projects are not conducted at support group meetings.

This schedule is subject to change. Before attending a group for the first time, please call to verify date and time. Groups are free of charge and open to everyone.

Seattle Support Group

We meet 12–2 p.m. on the second Saturday of each month at Virginia Mason Medical Center, 1100 Ninth Avenue, Correa Rm. A, 4th Floor of Buck Pavillion, Seattle, Wash. (unfortunately parking is no longer free). See map and directions. To get to the meeting, go to the front entrance of the hospital on Seneca St. Follow the signs toward the cafeteria. Correa Rm. A is in the back of the cafeteria, 4th Floor of Buck Pavillion.

Spokane Support Group

For our meeting on Thursday, November 19 Aesthetician Sarah Ekman  of Inland Empire Dermatology will demonstrate various make up products and techniques used to cover hyper-pigmentation or telangectasia, common in individuals with scleroderma.  She will also treat members to a paraffin bath for their hands. We will be moving from room 263 to room to 267 for this meeting..

We meet 7–8:30 p.m. on the third Thursday of every other month (March, May, July, Sept., and Nov.).
Meetings are held at Deaconess Health and Education Center, 910 W. 5th Avenue, Room 263, Spokane.. See map and directions.
Free parking in adjacent parking lot.
