The Evergreen chapter Cordially invites you to our Annual Spring Fling Dinner, Dance, and Auction!
When: Saturday, May 17th.
5pm. doors open / silent auction begins.
6pm. approx. silent auction will close/ welcome guest
6:15pm. Dinner will be served.
11pm. Closing time! Of course the times change a little and we'll update times as we get closer to the event!
Where: Rainier Golf & Country Club, 11133 DesMoinesMemorial Dr., So. Seattle, Wa.
Price: $40 per person R.S.V.P by May 7th.
This year's theme is "Laughter is the Best Medicine" and We Are so Excited to have as our entertainment a hysterical local comedian David Crowe!
Remember, this event is both a Live & Silent Auction plus don't forget to save some room for Dancing at the end of the evening!

We have some new ways you can help us this year with the auction!
You can now advertise in our auction booklet! How, you ask? Well, simply decide how you would like to advertise by choosing the size ad:
$50.00 Business card-sized
$75.00 Half-page (aprox. 5x4 inches)
$100.00 Whole-page (approx. 5x8 inches)
The booklet is a black and white publication and artwork will show up best in line-drawing. Next, complete a procurement form plus have your logo or artwork to us no later than April 14th so it can be included in our finished booklet. We are still looking for Items to Auction. If you have an item, or you know of a place that would love to donate an item/basket or gift card, etc., please don't hesitate to call or email us as soon as you can about the item or questions.
Also Volunteers are Always Welcome! If you want to help out the night of the auction, we are always looking for willing people to help out with check-out and/or check-in, along with clean-up!
Many Thanks in advance to everyone who has been working hard at getting this year's event together! We can't wait to laugh with everyone, meet new people, and see old friends that we don't get to see too often!
