From East:  Take I-90 to exit 49.  Turn left (north) on Transit Rd at end of exit ramp.  Go several miles and turn left on Main St (Rt 5).  Go through downtown Williamsville and the park (5565 Main Street) is on the right (north) side of Main Street.

From South:  Take I-90 North to I-290 North (Niagara Falls). Get off at exit 7B (West) [Rt 5, Main Street].  Park (5565 Main Street) is on the RIGHT (north) side of Main Street.

From North:  Take I-290 South. Get off at exit 7B (West) [Rt 5, Main Street].  Park (5565 Main Street) is on the RIGHT (north) side of Main Street.
