Directions to Hospital:
- From Eastern Suffolk County
Take Long Island Expressway westbound to Exit 51 (Deer
Park Ave) northbound. Continue North on Deer Park
Avenue, which becomes Park Avenue (North of Jericho
Turnpike) for approximately 8 miles. Hospital is on
right about ½ mile north of Route 25A (Main
Street).
- From Nassau County
Take Long Island Expressway eastbound to Exit 49N
(Route 110) northbound. Continue North on Route 110
until you reach Route 25A (approximately 7 miles).
Route 25A is “Main Street” in Huntington.
Turn right on 25A until you reach Sabbath Day Path
(approximately 4/10 mile). Turn left on Sabbath Day
Path and continue to the “Stop” sign.
Go Straight ahead for approximately 100 yards. Huntington
Hospital is on the right.
Directions to 1 South Conference Room
- Enter main Entrance on ground floor. Take north
elevator to first floor, exit elevator and go right.
Proceed down the corridor to the last hallway on the
left, which is 1 South Conference Room.
