June 10, Stepping Out to Cure Scleroderma Walk

Registration 9:00 a.m.; Walk begins 10:00 a.m.

Walkers from 2006We hope you will join us at Albany Riverfront Park for our 4th annual Stepping Out To Cure Scleroderma Walk. The walk is a great opportunity to get exercise, meet new friends, renew old acquaintances, and walk in honor of or in memory of loved ones afflicted with scleroderma.

More importantly, the walk is an opportunity to raise money in support of the Scleroderma Foundation’s three-fold mission to provide patient support services, fund medical research to develop a cure for scleroderma, and increase public awareness of this devastating disease.

  • Radio Disney Fun Factory Live Show (after trophy awards, raffles and silent auction)
    Featuring: dance contests, zany games, “Parent Trap & Tigger’s Bounce Ball relay," cast members, DJ and tons of prizes.
  • Crazy Herb’s Texas Barbecue
    Hamburgers, ribs, hotdogs, chicken and side dishes available for your lunch purchases

A trophy will be awarded to the team that raises the most money; to the adult, teen and child who raises the most money.
