One Hundred Three People Attend Seminar with Dr. Richard Silver!

We had an excellent meeting on Friday, Oct. 7 at the Caribe Hilton Hotel. One hundred three people (51 people with scleroderma) came to hear a very educational seminar presented by Richard Silver, M.D., Director of the Rheumatology and Immunology Division at the University of South Carolina and a member of the Scleroderma Foundation Medical Advisory Board. He kept everyone's attention with a lot of information. He also answered questions from the group for a period of one hour and a half. At the end of the presentation, we had a get-together and ate a delicious “Paella;" all this thanks to our sponsor, Actelion Pharmaceuticals.
