Scleroderma bills in the U.S. Congress get support from three New England federal lawmakers
We are pleased and proud to inform you that three federal level lawmakers from Massachusetts have agreed to serve as a co-sponsor of the scleroderma bills that have been introduced in the United States Congress: H.R. 2408, the Scleroderma Research and Awareness Act in the U.S. House of Representatives, and its companion bill, S. 1545, the Scleroderma Research and Awareness Act in the U.S. Senate.
The three lawmakers are:
The senior senator from Massachusetts, John Kerry
Congressman John F. Tierney (Congressional District #6 where the Scleroderma Foundation New England Chapter resides) and
Congressman James P. McGovern (Congressional District #3, the Worcester area).
