 Second Annual “Walk, Talk & Rock”
To Cure Scleroderma Tentatively
Scheduled for June 27, 2010
Planning has begun for the Second Annual “Walk–Talk & Rock” To Cure Scleroderma from the Nelson Street Playground and Beach in Plymouth, MA. Plans call for the walk to be held rain or shine on Sunday, June 29, where participants will:
WALK . . . to find a cure for scleroderma.
TALK . . . amongst friends and family to increase awareness.
ROCK . . . and roll to music on the beach in the hometown of Plymouth Rock!
To assist walkers in signing-up sponsors, SFNE is arranging with FirstGiving to provide individualized online pledging pages for each interested participant. Walkers and other interested supporters can set up their own personalized fundraising page by selecting the “Register Online” button to the left in order to get to FirstGiving. Walkers can e-mail the link to their personalized page to potential sponsors they know locally and throughout the world. The link can also be incorporated into social networking pages.
