Minnesota Chapter Purpose
The Scleroderma
Foundation Minnesota Chapter is a nonprofit organization
serving as a voice for those in
Minnesota who are afflicted with scleroderma.
SFMC is dedicated to providing advocacy and support
for its members; educating
members, scleroderma patients, their caregivers,
healthcare professionals,
and the general public about scleroderma; and
raising funds for research
to identify the cause and a cure for scleroderma,
while enhancing the quality
of life for patients. |
