Richard Green

Richard Green is the president and sole owner of Richard A. Green, P.C., which was incorporated as a professional accounting service corporation in 1994. Prior to setting up his own accounting practice Mr. Green was a partner in an accounting firm in Southfield, Michigan where he was employed for approximately 20 years.
Mr. Green is an alumnus of Michigan State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Business Administration in 1966. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1976 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
With over 30 years of experience in the field of public accounting he has specialized in tax practice and accounting for small businesses and individuals. He presently specializes in Trust and Estate taxation and has extensive experience in dealing with the Internal Revenue Service and State of Michigan regarding tax matters.
Mr. Green has served on the Board of Directors of the Scleroderma Foundation - Michigan
Chapter since 1996. He is also a past President of the Potomac Towne IV Condominium Association in West Bloomfield, Michigan and has served as Treasurer and President of other homeowner associations over the past years.
