2009 Milwaukee Walk Draws 220 Walkers
Over 220 walkers braved the cold on Sunday Oct. 4, in Germantown, WI. for the First Annual "Stepping Out To Cure" Scleroderma Walk, to benefit the Scleroderma Foundation, Greater Chicago Chapter. Walkers ranges from 3 months old to our oldest walker who was 90!
We were fortunate to have a great committee who organized this event and we wish to thank them!

We could not have done this event without your dedication and effort. Thanks also, to B93-3 radio for publicizing this event and supporting us before and during the walk.
The Bee did a great job leading all the walkers! and DJ Denise was great on the mic! Also, a huge thank you to all of the volunteers! What a great crew! Thanks to all who raised money, secured sponsors and raffle items, and hats off to the Germantown Police Dept. who took care of all of our walkers and made it safe. We will report on money raised when the final totals are calculated.
