Scleroderma Pens for Sale
The Tri-State Chapter is selling awareness pens inscribed
with our name and our toll-free number. The pens are wide
with a grip section for easy handling. Proceeds from the sale
of the pens go to scleroderma research.

There is a two pen minimum purchase. The pens are $2 each,
plus $1 for shipping and handling for two to five pens, or
$2 shipping and handling for six to 10 pens.
Please send your check or money order with the order form.
We cannot send pens without payment first.
